Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OrbitHost services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all customers of OrbitHost, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

2. Services

OrbitHost provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities, including spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement.
• Excessive resource consumption that impacts other customers.
• Hosting of adult, gambling, or hate-speech content.
• Any activity that violates Bangladesh or international law.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Payments and Billing

• Invoices are generated before the due date and must be paid on time.
• Services are suspended after 5 days of non-payment.
• Terminated accounts after 15 days of non-payment may incur a reconnection fee.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

6. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting and BDIX hosting plans. VPS, dedicated servers, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and email hosting are non-refundable. See our Money-Back Guarantee page for full details.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for 99.9% uptime. If we fail to meet this in a given month, eligible customers may request service credit equal to 5% of the monthly fee for each hour of downtime (max 50% of monthly fee).

8. Backups

We provide daily backups on most plans as a courtesy. You are ultimately responsible for your own data. We recommend maintaining off-site backups. We are not liable for data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

OrbitHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

11. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the client area. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. No refunds are provided for violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
